At EverActiv, we are committed to building India’s most trusted eldercare brand. All our products undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure durability, comfort, and safety. This warranty policy outlines the terms of after-sales support for our valued customers.
🛡️ Warranty Coverage
Standard Warranty Duration:
Wheelchairs:
- Frame & Structure: 12 months from the date of purchase
- Battery (for electric wheelchairs): 6 months from the date of purchase
Air Mattresses:
- 12 months from the date of the purchase
Support Belts & Orthopedic Aids:
Manufacturing Defects: 6 months from the date of purchase
Adult Diapers & Consumables:
Not covered under warranty due to their perishable nature.
✅ What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Electrical malfunctions (if applicable) under normal use
- Structural or mechanical failure due to design or production flaws
❌ What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, accidents, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Accessories, consumables, or cosmetic damage unrelated to product function
🚚 Warranty Support Process off-site warranty All EverActiv products come with off-site warranty service. This means:
- We arrange free reverse pickup and return delivery from the original delivery address.
- If pickup is requested from a different location, any additional logistics cost must be borne by the customer.
- Turnaround Time (SLA): Once received at our service facility, the product will be repaired or replaced and dispatched within 7 working days.
- No Logistics Charges: We do not charge any service or shipping fees for warranty claims fulfilled from the original delivery address.
🚫 Special Terms:
Toilet Seat Riser Due to hygiene and consumer safety considerations, Toilet Seat Risers are only covered for 15 days from the date of delivery.
Only manufacturing defects reported within this period will be eligible for warranty. • No claims will be entertained beyond the 15-day window.
📝 How to Raise a Claim to initiate a warranty request:
- Email us at support@everactiv.in or call +91-9599176718 2.
- Provide: Order ID / Invoice, Product details, and issue description. Photos or videos of the defect. Our team will assess the request and guide you through the pickup and resolution process.
ℹ️ Additional Notes
- Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original buyer.
- Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or damaged in transit (unless reported within 48 hours) are not eligible.
- EverActiv reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at its sole discretion.
