At EverActiv, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and efficiently. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all customers across India.
Order Processing Time
• All orders received on EverActiv.in are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on your location and our courier partners. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen events such as weather, strikes, courier delays, or operational issues beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
• FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
• For COD orders, a small COD handling fee may apply depending on the order value.
• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an Email with the tracking ID and courier partner details.
• You can track your order anytime using the link shared in your message.
Delivery Attempts
• Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
• If the order is not delivered due to the customer being unavailable or incorrect address details, the package may be returned to us.
Address Accuracy
To ensure timely delivery, please provide:
• Complete address with house number, street name, and locality
• Active mobile number
• Landmark (optional but preferred)
We are not responsible for delays caused due to incomplete or incorrect address information.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped only within India.
