The EverActiv Air Bed pairs a bubble mattress with an adjustable pump to redistribute pressure across the resting surface. Its 160 air cells provide alternating support, with a pressure dial you can set as directed in your care plan.

When you or someone you care for spends longer in bed, the mattress is one part of the daily care routine. This bubble air mattress gives caregivers a pressure dial and compact pump for setting up the support as advised.
HOW ALTERNATING PRESSURE WORKS
One group of cells, then the other.
The pump changes pressure between alternating groups of air cells through a 12-minute cycle. As they alternate, the points supporting the body change too.
Keep the pump on during use
The pump must stay on to keep the mattress inflated and maintain the alternating cycle. Follow the supplied setup and operating instructions.

PREPARING THE AIR BED
Check the bed, connect and inflate.

Prepare the bed
Check that your bed setup is suitable. Position the air mattress and secure the pump with its hangers as shown in the supplied instructions.

Connect & inflate
Connect the hose to the mattress and pump. Switch the pump on and allow the mattress to inflate as directed before use.

Set the pressure
Set the pressure using the dial, following the manual and care advice. Leave the pump running throughout use.
Keep the rest of your care routine in place
Use the mattress as part of an individual care plan. Continue repositioning and skin checks as advised by your healthcare professional; the air mattress does not replace them.
