Measure around your thigh approximately 6 inches above the knee, as shown in the sizing guide. Use that measurement in centimetres to choose Small to XXL from the ranges below.

Pull on gently

Following the supplied instructions, align the green section with your kneecap. Smooth the fabric and position the silicone band as directed.

Use the supplied washing and drying instructions. Keep the sleeve clean and check the fabric and grip band regularly.

Too tight

This is a good one, but it is giving pain in the rest of the muscle apart from the compressed area, and it doesn't have extra soft cushion pad or a smaller patch on the knee area. That is a must thing to have on a knee sleeve.

Quality control is absent in Everactiv, and the customer care and shipping section are managed by careless morons. I was promised a Large size knee support, but what I received was a useless medium size support.
