How does this compare with an electric wheelchair or motorized wheelchair?
If you are looking for an automatic wheelchair for access between floors, this model provides powered crawler-track assistance operated by a trained attendant. It does not travel on stairs unattended: the route must be assessed, and the attendant needs model-specific training before use.
Can the seated user operate it alone on stairs?
No. A trained attendant must operate the chair on stairs. Arrange model-specific training and confirm what assistance is needed before use.
Will it work on every staircase?
No. Your stairs must be within the chair’s approved operating limits. Send us your stair and landing measurements so we can help check compatibility.
Is the battery removable?
Yes. The chair has a detachable lithium battery with a lock. Follow the supplied instructions for charging and battery care.
Can the backrest height be adjusted?
Yes, there are three backrest height positions. Use the adjustment method in the operating instructions.
How do I confirm the weight capacity?
