For eligible claims, we collect and return your chair free of charge at the original delivery address.
Cover applies to eligible manufacturing defects, electrical faults during normal use, and structural or mechanical failures caused by a production or design defect.
Send us your order ID or invoice, your product details and a description of the problem, with photos or a video. We’ll review your claim and explain what happens next.

Keep small essentials in the back pocket, remove the footrests when preparing access and fold the backrest for storage. EcoBudget includes these practical details alongside its powered controls.
KEEP THE CONTROLS CLOSE
The 360° joystick controls the direction of your motorized wheelchair. Speed buttons, a battery indicator, power and horn controls sit together, so you can check the settings before moving.
Have the chair’s fit and suitability checked for you. Ask for a demonstration of the controls and follow the supplied manual.

Detach the footrests when you need to prepare access or store the chair. Follow the instructions for both removal and refitting.
The pocket behind the backrest gives you somewhere to keep small personal items together.
Side brakes and rear anti-tipper wheels are included. Learn how to use and check them from the chair’s instructions.
PREPARING FOR STORAGE OR TRANSPORT
The backrest folds to reduce the chair’s profile, and the armrests lift to open up the sides of the seat. Before travelling, check the chair’s dimensions and your selected battery configuration.

CARING FOR YOUR ECOBUDGET
Follow the manual to set up the seat, footrests, armrests and controller. Arrange any help you need before use.
Check the battery, tyres, brakes, anti-tippers and seating parts as instructed. Have worn, loose or damaged parts serviced before use.
Charge and store the supplied battery as instructed, using its specified charger. Keep electrical parts dry when cleaning.

The battery and motors provide powered movement, while you steer with the joystick and choose your speed. The term does not mean the chair drives itself; take time to learn the controls before your first outing.
Choose Lithium-ion or Lead Acid above. The Lead Acid option is 24V, 12Ah; ask us to confirm the lithium pack’s specification.
Ask us for the expected range of your chosen battery. The distance you get also depends on your weight, route and operating conditions.
You can fold the backrest, lift the armrests and detach the footrests. Follow the manual when adjusting or removing any part.
The dimension guide shows 24 inches overall width, 39 inches length and 37 inches height. Check doorway access and seat measurements before ordering.
Your frame and structure are covered for 12 months and your battery for 1 year from purchase. Claim eligibility, exclusions and the available resolution follow our warranty policy.
