For eligible claims, we collect and return your chair free of charge at the original delivery address.
Cover applies to eligible manufacturing defects, electrical faults during normal use, and structural or mechanical failures caused by a production or design defect.
Send us your order ID or invoice, your product details and a description of the problem, with photos or a video. We’ll review your claim and explain what happens next.
FOR DAILY USE AND DAYS OUT
EcoAir folds for storage and transport, with a stated driving range of up to 15 km on a full charge. Your actual distance will depend on your weight, the terrain, battery condition and how the chair is used.
GETTING COMFORTABLE
Flip-up armrests open up the sides of the seat, while the footrest folds when you need to prepare the chair for access or storage. Solid rear wheels and a seat belt are also included.
Have the chair’s suitability and seating fit checked for you. Follow the manual when using the armrests, footrest, belt and controls.

Brushless motors provide the drive, and the aluminium-alloy frame forms part of the chair’s stated 16.5 kg total weight.
Use the 360° digital joystick to choose your motorized wheelchair’s direction. The built-in trip meter lets you see the distance you’ve travelled.
The battery can stay fitted when you fold the chair. Follow the supplied folding instructions and ask us for the folded measurements to check your storage space.

BEFORE AND AFTER EACH OUTING
Ask for a demonstration before your first use. Follow the manual to unfold the chair, adjust the seating and learn the controller.
Check the battery, wheels, seating parts and folding mechanism as instructed. Have loose, worn or damaged parts serviced before use.
Charge with the charger specified for the supplied lithium battery. Follow its charging and storage instructions, and keep electrical parts dry when cleaning.
