For eligible claims, we collect and return your chair free of charge at the original delivery address.
Cover applies to eligible manufacturing defects, electrical faults during normal use, and structural or mechanical failures caused by a production or design defect.
Send us your order ID or invoice, your product details and a description of the problem, with photos or a video. We’ll review your claim and explain what happens next.
CHOOSING YOUR CHAIR
Start with where you’ll use the chair and what support you need while seated. EcoLite Standard keeps the controls at your hand and lets you choose your battery type. We can help confirm seat dimensions, access space and battery details before you order.
KEEP THE CONTROLS CLOSE
Your motorized wheelchair’s direction control, speed adjustment and horn are grouped on the 360° joystick controller. You can also see the selected speed and battery level while the chair is on.
Arrange a demonstration of the controls, brakes and battery care, and follow the manual. Choose settings and places of use that suit your needs.
DETAILS FOR DAILY USE
Two 250W brush motors power the chair. Adjust the speed to a suitable setting, up to the stated maximum of 6 km/h.
Fold the backrest when preparing the chair for storage or transport. Side pockets give you somewhere to keep small personal items near your seat.
The chair includes electromagnetic braking and parking brakes. Learn how to use each from the supplied instructions before setting off.

Use the charger specified for your battery and follow its charging and storage instructions. Keep electrical parts dry.
