For eligible claims, we collect and return your chair free of charge at the original delivery address.
Cover applies to eligible manufacturing defects, electrical faults during normal use, and structural or mechanical failures caused by a production or design defect.
Send us your order ID or invoice, your product details and a description of the problem, with photos or a video. We’ll review your claim and explain what happens next.
AT HOME AND OUT WITH FAMILY
When choosing a motorized wheelchair, think about the rooms you use, the places you visit and how you’ll take your chair with you. EcoMove and EcoMove Plus offer seated joystick control and a folding frame; our team can help you compare the two models.
CONTROL WITHIN REACH
Have the joystick fitted on the side you prefer. Direction, speed adjustment and the battery indicator are grouped together, so the controls you use each day stay within reach.
Ask us about a demonstration and help with joystick setup. Practise in a clear, level space with suitable assistance before using the chair independently.
DETAILS FOR DAILY USE
Both current models, EcoMove and EcoMove Plus, pair two drive motors with lithium-ion power. Confirm the battery details for the model you choose.
A padded seat, backrest and armrests support you while seated. Before choosing, check the seat measurements and make sure there’s suitable room for your legs.
The frame folds for storage and transport. Ask for your chosen model’s folded size and lifting weight, then compare them with your vehicle and the help available.

EcoMove uses battery power and dual motors for movement, with direction and speed controlled through the joystick. Have the joystick set up for your preferred hand and learn the controls before use; powered movement does not mean the chair steers or folds itself.

Your frame and structure are covered for 12 months and your battery for 1 year from purchase. Claim eligibility, exclusions and the available resolution follow our warranty policy.
