For eligible claims, we collect and return your chair free of charge at the original delivery address.
Cover applies to eligible manufacturing defects, electrical faults during normal use, and structural or mechanical failures caused by a production or design defect.
Send us your order ID or invoice, your product details and a description of the problem, with photos or a video. We’ll review your claim and explain what happens next.
YOUR CHAIR, THROUGHOUT THE DAY
Lift the armrests to open up the sides of the seat, or fold the frame when it’s time to put the chair away. These details help you and your caregiver prepare the chair for use, storage or transport.
OPEN UP THE SIDE OF THE SEAT
The armrests swing upward, giving you and your caregiver more room beside the seat when getting ready to transfer.
Have your transfer needs assessed individually. Use appropriate assistance and secure the chair as directed in the manual before getting in or out.
FINDING YOUR SITTING POSITION
Powered reclining lets you change the angle of the backrest. Adjust it only while the chair is stationary, following the supplied instructions.
Adjust the headrest above the cushioned seat and backrest to suit your position. Check that the whole seat setup fits you comfortably.
Use the joystick to guide your motorized wheelchair, or the included remote for caregiver control. Ask for a demonstration of both methods before first use.

Before travelling by car, ask us for the folded measurements and chair weight. Check your vehicle space, arrange suitable lifting help and secure the chair during the journey.
CARING FOR YOUR ECOPOWER
Check the battery level, controls and fitted parts before use. Learn the brake and drive settings from the manual, and arrange a demonstration for both you and your caregiver.
Adjust the headrest and backrest while stationary. Keep hands away from moving joints and check your position before setting off.
Follow the frame and upholstery cleaning instructions and keep electrical parts dry. Use the specified compatible charger and follow the manual when folding the chair.
