For eligible claims, we collect and return your chair free of charge at the original delivery address.
Cover applies to eligible manufacturing defects, electrical faults during normal use, and structural or mechanical failures caused by a production or design defect.
Send us your order ID or invoice, your product details and a description of the problem, with photos or a video. We’ll review your claim and explain what happens next.
MOVING AROUND AND TAKING A BREAK
Use the joystick to move your motorized wheelchair between rooms, then adjust your seating when it’s time to stop and rest. Padded seating, a headrest and separate calf supports help you find a suitable seated position.
CONTROLS WITHIN REACH
The joystick, horn and speed buttons sit together at the armrest. You can check the battery level and selected speed on the controller before you set off.
Ask for help fitting the chair and a demonstration of the controls. Before your first journey, practise in a clear, level area with any assistance you need, following the supplied instructions.
SUPPORT FROM HEAD TO FOOT
When you’re stopped, you can manually recline the backrest up to 165°. The headrest supports the area behind your head. Follow the chair’s instructions when changing position.
The calf supports and elevating footrests let you adjust your leg support. You can also detach the footrest assemblies for access or storage, following the manual.
Lift the armrests to open up the sides of the seat. Use the assistance you need for transfers and secure the chair as the manual directs before getting in or out.

Fold the backrest for storage, then check your available space and the help needed for lifting.
Check your selected option and its availability before ordering. For flights, confirm the exact battery details with us and get the airline’s approval before booking; battery type alone does not guarantee acceptance.
LOOKING AFTER YOUR CHAIR
Before you set off, check the battery level, controls, tyres and fitted parts. Follow the manual for brakes and drive modes, and arrange any help you need.
Adjust the backrest and footrests while the chair is stationary and secured as instructed. Keep your hands clear of moving joints.
Switch the chair off before cleaning. Follow the frame and upholstery care instructions, keep electrical parts dry and use only the specified compatible charger.
