Comfort starts with where you sit.

EcoRider’s memory-foam seat and back cushions provide padded contact surfaces. Choose a seating fit and position appropriate to the user; comfort varies with fit, posture and time spent sitting.

Take time to settle into a suitable position, with the headrest and leg supports adjusted as instructed. If you need help with seating or posture, ask a qualified professional about your individual fit.

CONTROL WHEN YOU COME TO A STOP

Stopping is part of feeling in control.

When you stop on a suitable slope, EcoRider’s electromagnetic braking helps hold the chair stationary within its operating limits.

Choose a suitable route and follow the supplied instructions for slopes, braking, drive and freewheel modes. The braking system does not make every incline suitable for use.

REAR SUPPORT WITH A PURPOSE

Small rear wheels. An important safety role.

The two small anti-tip wheels behind the main wheels provide additional support against backward tipping. They are a useful part of the chair’s safety design, even though they are easy to overlook.

Keep them correctly fitted and checked as the manual directs. Choose suitable routes and stay within the chair’s operating limits; anti-tip wheels do not remove the risk of tipping.

1 Year Warranty

Your EcoRider includes one-year cover for the frame, structure and battery from purchase. Cover applies to eligible manufacturing defects, electrical faults during normal use, and structural or mechanical failures caused by production or design defects.

Service is handled off-site. For eligible claims, collection and return are free at the original delivery address; another address may involve extra logistics charges.

Cover is for the original buyer with proof of purchase. Send your invoice or order ID, product details, a description of the problem, and photos or a video for review. Exclusions include wear and tear, misuse, accidents, water damage, unauthorised repairs, accessories, consumables and cosmetic-only damage. Read the full warranty terms.

THE LITHIUM-ION OPTION

Recharge for the day ahead.

The lithium-ion option brings rechargeable power and compact energy storage to your EcoRider. Recharge between outings with the specified compatible charger, following the supplied instructions.

Choose the lithium-ion battery option in the product selector. Travel range depends on the battery, your weight, route, speed and battery condition; ask us for the current specification for your chosen version before planning longer trips.

Prepare the chair

Before you set off, check the battery level, controls, tyres and fitted parts. Follow the manual for brakes and drive modes, and arrange any help you need.

Set the seating

Adjust the backrest and footrests while the chair is stationary and secured as instructed. Keep your hands clear of moving joints.

Care between outings

Switch the chair off before cleaning. Follow the frame and upholstery care instructions, keep electrical parts dry and use only the specified compatible charger.

Is the recline powered?

The backrest reclines manually up to 165°. The joystick controls powered movement; it does not adjust the backrest. Make seating adjustments while the chair is stationary and secured as instructed.

How do I check whether it is the right fit?

Can it be packed for transport?

Wasn’t sure at first, but this electric wheelchair turned out to be an very good purchase. The seller was super helpful and quick to respond, even after the delivery. Very polite and genuinely cared about making sure everything was fine.The chair itself has a lot of features—you can raise the legs, recline the back, and even lift the armrests, remove the foot rests which makes things so much easier for the user. The seat is super comfy—didn’t expect this level of comfort at this price.Honestly, looked around a lot and this was the best deal I could find in India. This is an amazing wheelchair. We ordered it especially for Mahakumbh for my mother. The seller is very supportive and understanding. They were very communicative and were always present to answer any questions that we had. The wheelchair is so comfortable that my mother not once felt exhausted. Rather, we ended up extending our travel plans by adding more cities to it and all because we had this wheelchair which was of great support. It’s easy to pack and unpack. Be it the automatic mode or manual it’s very smooth. Even near the ghats on the sand the wheelchair moved smoothly without making the ride bumpy for my mom. She felt rested and secured on it.
