For eligible claims, we collect and return your chair free of charge at the original delivery address.
Cover applies to eligible manufacturing defects, electrical faults during normal use, and structural or mechanical failures caused by a production or design defect.
Send us your order ID or invoice, your product details and a description of the problem, with photos or a video. We’ll review your claim and explain what happens next.

SUPPORT FOR SITTING AND MOVING
Within its 150 kg maximum user weight, this motorized wheelchair uses dual 300W motors for powered movement. You can operate it with the joystick or use the attendant controls with caregiver support.
The 22-inch seat gives you room to find a suitable position. A headrest, calf supports and backrest recline up to 160° let you adjust your support, including when you stop for a rest.
Flip-up armrests give you and your caregiver more room beside the seat. Follow the chair’s instructions and use assistance that matches your transfer needs.
WHEN IT’S TIME TO PAUSE
The backrest reclines up to 160°, with manual adjustment shown beside the seat. Position the headrest and separate calf supports to suit your seated needs.
Adjust the recline and leg supports only while stationary, following the manual. Secure the chair, keep hands clear of moving joints and get help with positioning when you need it.

WHY LITHIUM-ION IS USEFUL
The rechargeable lithium-ion battery brings useful everyday benefits, from top-up charging to storing more energy for its weight.
Compared with lead-acid technology, lithium-ion stores more energy for the same battery weight. For comparable stored energy, that can mean a lighter battery when planning transport.
You don’t need to run the battery flat before recharging. Top it up with the specified compatible charger, following the charging instructions supplied with your chair.
Lithium-ion batteries lose relatively little charge while idle. Keep following the recommended charging and storage schedule, even between outings.

Your frame and structure are covered for 12 months and your battery for 1 year from purchase. Claim eligibility, exclusions and the available resolution follow our warranty policy.
