HOW YOUR NEBULIZER WORKS

The compressor sends air to the medicine cup, turning prescribed liquid medication into mist for inhalation. The cup has a flow adjuster and holds up to 7 ml.

Wash your hands, then assemble the cup, tubing and mask as instructed. Add only the medication and amount prescribed for the person using it.

Follow your treatment plan
Sit upright, hold the medicine cup upright and fit the mask snugly over your nose and mouth as directed. Follow your clinician’s instructions for the session, with an adult supervising children throughout.

Clean, dry & store
Clean the parts after use as directed in the manual. Let the cleaned cup and mask air-dry completely before putting them away. Keep the compressor dry and do not wash the air tubing.

No. It uses a compressor to turn prescribed liquid medication into a fine mist. It does not heat water to produce steam.
Can adults and children use it?

Should I fill the cup to 7 ml?
Only if 7 ml is the amount prescribed for that session. It is the cup’s capacity, not a recommended dose; follow the quantity your healthcare professional gives you.
